An excellent opportunity for an immediate start has become available for a dynamic Team Coordinator to join our Finance Division.

 

This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll report directly to the CFO Executive Assistant with a dotted line to support 3 separate Finance leaders and Departments.

 

No two days will be the same as you seamlessly juggle multiple competing priorities, adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information.  You’ll spend around 50% of the time supporting the Department leaders and 50% supporting the broader Divisional activities including:

 

  • Streamline and enhance data management and organisational processes
  • Optimize daily schedules through effective diary management, allowing for focused work periods
  • Prepare and coordinate information for team forums and events, ensuring a productive and engaging environment
  • Lay the groundwork for improved operational efficiency and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead the execution of the monthly CFO town hall, contributing to effective internal communication
  • Collaborate on the collation of pre-read papers for committees and boards, aiding informed decision-making
  • Arrange and manage travel while coordinating associated activities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture across the national team, promoting collaboration and engagement

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous administrative experience like Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level in a medium to large complex environment
  • Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Demonstrate initiative and have a pro-active approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail  
  • Highly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, including ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitask
  • Banking and Finance industry experience is advantageous
