- Strategic Pricing & Executive Advisory: Develop and present authoritative pricing strategies and complex financial models. You will translate market analysis, competitor positioning, and funding costs into compelling recommendations for the Pricing Committee and Executive team.
- Executive Storytelling: Act as a strategic advisor to General Managers, the Treasurer, and Heads of Product, persuasively articulating the financial implications of pricing decisions on profitability, balance sheet growth, and market share.
- Financial Modelling & Portfolio Analytics: Lead the development of sophisticated forecasting scenarios to model the bottom-line impact of proposed pricing changes (including NIM and product profitability).
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying new strategic pricing opportunities and process enhancements, owning the pricing inputs into the Group's forecasting process.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Lead cross-functional working groups to ensure the seamless design and implementation of strategic pricing initiatives, navigating multifaceted stakeholder interests.
- Mentorship: Act as a senior subject matter expert, mentoring fellow team members and promoting a motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative culture.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively monitor the regulatory landscape, ensure strict adherence to all Bank compliance requirements, and promote an effective risk management culture.

- Financial Mastery: Deep strategic understanding of the key drivers of product profitability, including capital, cost of funds, yields, and fee income.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in a senior pricing, forecasting, or analytical role within the financial services industry across multiple product and customer segments.
- Executive Influence: A proven track record of influencing and persuading senior leaders, executives, and committees, supported by superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced problem-solving abilities with a talent for interpreting complex data, thinking laterally, and developing innovative solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
