Within Business & Agribusiness (B&A) division, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning Experience & Operations Specialist to become the central hub of our B&A Learning & Capability function.

You will be instrumental in bringing our learning architecture to life, ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, and helping us build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

About Your New Role

As our Learning Experience & Operations Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence of our learning ecosystem. You will provide the essential governance, logistical management, and system administration required to deliver high-quality learning programs for our teams.

You will be accountable for:

• Learning Program & Pathway Curation: Managing role-specific learning pathways within our Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing the content lifecycle, and partnering with subject matter experts to ensure our curriculum is always current and impactful.
• Onboarding & Stakeholder Enablement: Acting as the central coordinator for our divisional onboarding experience, and empowering our leaders with the tools and resources to effectively onboard new team members.
• System & Vendor Management: Owning the technical configuration of our learning architecture, managing version control, and working with external partners to supplement our learning offering.
• Data Storytelling & Governance: Transforming raw learning data into actionable strategic insights for leadership, demonstrating the ROI of our initiatives, and ensuring we meet all compliance and audit standards.

What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for a candidate who is not only skilled in operations but also shares our core values of teamwork, integrity, performance, and passion.

• Experience: A proven track record in a high-volume operations or coordination role, ideally within L&D, HR, or similar leadership position within the business.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), excellent data literacy using tools like Excel, and a knack for mastering new platform technologies.
• Organisational Prowess: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage complex, end-to-end event logistics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: A customer-focused communication style and the ability to act as a supportive first point of contact for learners and leaders.
