Key responsibilities:

Coach & Empower Leaders: Support Consumer Leaders in adopting the Lead BEN frameworks to improve leadership practices and drive performance.
-
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with the broader Customer Workforce Enablement Team to creatively uplift frontline capability and leverage AI tools to enhance the learning experience.
To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:
-
A Cert IV in Training and Education (or equivalent work experience) is mandatory.

A coaching accreditation is highly desirable.
-
Proven expertise in high-impact facilitation, implementing tailored learning programs.
-
A track record of successfully influencing, motivating, and building capability within a sales, service, or corporate training environment.
-
A knack for instructional design, with experience in co-designing and creating engaging learning content and materials to support your delivery.
-
The proven ability to structure, simplify, and present complex information clearly and engagingly to diverse learning styles.
-
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
