About the role
In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:
- Guiding national strategy: Nurturing collaborative aggregator partnerships to uplift loan quality and volume.
- Empowering our people: Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing national team.
- Cultivating mutual growth: Unlocking meaningful opportunities, shaping sponsorships, and championing our brand at industry events.
- Safeguarding our community: Leading partner governance, assurance, and risk with care and integrity.
- Harmonising the broker journey: Collaborating cross-functionally to streamline home loan origination and deliver seamless experiences for brokers and their customers.
Work Your Way (Hybrid & Flexible)
This role is a full time, permanent role, that can be based at any of our head office locations such as Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, or Brisbane.
