As we work towards our 2030 strategy, we are looking for a passionate Agricultural Analyst to join our Specialist Business team and make a real difference.

This role is an opportunity to create and deliver engaging, actionable insights within a collaborative team of specialists with growing profile in the industry.  You will become the lead expert on agricultural subjects, transforming complex data into compelling analysis that directly empowers our front-line staff and supports our customers to achieve their goals.

  • Be Better Together: You will collaborate with peers across our Insights team and the wider business, sharing knowledge and working towards common goals. You'll also build strong networks with external industry experts.
  • Own It: You will take the lead on assigned agricultural subjects, ensuring the integrity of our data and the quality of our insights. This is your chance to build your profile as a recognised expert in your field.
  • Find the Right Way: You will apply best-practice analytical methodologies, ensuring our work is conducted with integrity and supports our ESG and Sustainability agenda. You will also actively challenge the status quo to find new and better ways to deliver value.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for Australian agriculture. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify unique, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing for various audiences.

We believe in the power of fresh perspectives, and highly motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
