What You’ll Do

  • Provide Management Support: Coordinate information for various meetings, distribute minutes and support papers, organise travel and accommodation, and manage workflows by monitoring priority emails and calendar requests for the Leadership team.
  • Drive Team Co-ordination: Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of Customer Care. You'll produce professional correspondence, maintain organised filing systems, and assist in collating and distributing recurring and ad-hoc reports.
  • Facilitate Onboarding & Team Wellbeing: Attend to the administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding staff members, ensuring due process is followed while contributing to the overall morale and wellbeing of the team.
  • Stakeholder Management & Events: Coordinate and assist in marketing campaigns, business functions, events, and external client meetings. You will ensure a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Innovate & Improve: Take responsibility for our customer and partner experience by identifying known errors and recommending process and service improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative or project experience is essential. Experience within the Banking and Finance industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional Organisation: Highly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise work, multi-task, and meet deadlines while working independently.
  • Communication & Composure: Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills. You bring a friendly, confident, calm, and flexible approach, maintaining your composure under pressure.
  • Team Mindset: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude, always ready to work well within a busy team environment.
