We are seeking an inspiring leader to shape the future of our Mobile Distribution network. In this role, you won't just manage performance—you will empower people. You will lead a dedicated team focused on customer acquisition, expanding our market footprint, and delivering life-changing consumer lending solutions to our communities.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:  

  • Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for Senior Mobile Relationship Managers and Mobile Relationship Managers
  • Cultivate an inclusive, highly motivated team culture built on mutual success, robust feedback, and active recognition of individual and group achievements
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive succession planning and performance management.
  • Act as a proud champion of our bank's unique community-first point of difference
  • Partner with Community Bank Boards to manage board-funded Mobile Relationship Managers and participate directly in Community Bank board meetings to align local strategies
  • Protect the Bank, our customers, and our partners by embedding a first-line-of-defence risk culture
  • Meet and exceed compliance standards, leave management targets, and compulsory training metrics

 

This role is a Full time, permanent opportunity. You will be covering the Queensland Metro Region (Brisbane/Gold Coast), leading a geographically dispersed team of Mobile Lenders who, while working fully mobile on the road, remain seamlessly connected through a highly collaborative virtual network.

 

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • In-depth understanding and previous work experience within retail sales leadership capacity
  • Sound knowledge of Australian consumer markets, credit products, and risk-based pricing models
  • Strong track record of driving high performance and building a robust sales culture within the finance or banking sector.
  • Established ability to nurture and develop Mobile Lender talent within your region
  • Highly accountable as a leader and have advanced skills in right recruitment, development and performance management
  • Strong Business Development and Networking skills
  • Proven track record of leading successful mobile/sales distribution teams delivering superior results year on year (advantageous)
  • Established network across Queensland to grow the team in line with organisational objectives.
