Join our collaborative and supportive Brand Marketing team for a 12-month fixed term contract as Brand Coordinator. Gain practical marketing experience, build your network, make a real impact, and grow your career.
We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
At Bendigo Bank, our purpose is to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities. Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division is a hub of creativity and innovation, driving brand strategy and customer engagement. We're a team that thrives on collaboration and pushing boundaries. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our success.
We currently have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Brand Coordinator, offering a brilliant chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in our Brand Marketing team. We're looking for someone with a foundational marketing background and a passion for brand management. Ideally, you’ll have a solid understanding of campaign coordination, stakeholder management, and project management. You’ll be highly organised, have outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role provides excellent growth potential for your marketing career. Your key responsibilities will be to support our Brand and Retail marketing teams to communicate and distribute campaign assets to drive impactful local area marketing across our branch network. You will also play a key role in ensuring all assets are on-brand and in line with our brand objectives.
You'll be joining a close-knit team of subject matter experts (SMEs) who are curious, confident, supportive, and connected. They pride themselves on fostering an environment where everyone’s ideas are valued and are passionate about bringing someone in to further develop their brand marketing career.
This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, or Melbourne locations. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, working in a hybrid model with a minimum local Head Office attendance requirement determined by your Leader, to find a rhythm that works best for you and your team. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn, stay connected and collaborate effectively, especially for key activities like team days, 1:1s, and town halls.

- Previous experience with brand management and campaign coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Competence with the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with the Outfit Brand Template Platform will be highly regarded but is not essential
